Bishkek (AKIpress) - the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will issue a credit line of with grant of 40% for the aid to house owners who do not have the possibility to improve energy efficiency of their houses. This information was disseminated on a seminar about "Energy efficiency of buildings", held on April, 12th in Bishkek.

As Gosstroy press-service informs on April, 12th, the deputy director of the agency Turdubek Mambetov has noticed that introduction of principles and approaches of the European instruction of energy efficiency of buildings will allow involving foreign investments. For example, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development plans to issue a credit line with grant component to 40% for the aid to owners of buildings who want to improve energy efficiency of the houses, but have no possibility of capital investments.

According to Gosstroy, acquaintance of interested people with the methodology of calculation and procedures of carrying out of energy certification of buildings, according to regulations of the new law "About energy efficiency of buildings", which Gosstroy and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development developed with experts, was the purpose of the conference.
